My Intentions

I plan to share my journey here—raw, real, and ever-evolving. Life has taken me down a road of healing, self-discovery, and growth, and now, quite literally, I’m traveling that road in a fifth wheel with my two sons while sorting out my marriage.

This space is for the unfiltered moments—the lessons learned, the struggles faced, and the small victories that come with healing from past trauma. I’m neurodiverse, socially aware, and always seeking to understand myself and the world more deeply. Mindfulness and shadow work have become part of my toolkit as I navigate anxiety, change, and the messy beauty of life.

There’s no rigid structure here—just thoughts, reflections, and experiences shared as they come. Some days, it’s deep introspection; other days, it’s about the joy of watching my boys experience new places. It’s all part of the journey.
